Jue Lan Club, a modern Chinese gastronomic experience, has announced that it will debut its first Hamptons outpost this summer. Opening at 268 Elm Street in Southampton (formerly Circo and Delmonico’s of Southampton), Jue Lan Club Southampton marks the second location from restaurateur Stratis Morfogen, and partners shampoo magnate Alex Amano and Richie Romero, who opened the original Jue Lan Club in Manhattan in December of 2015.
“As a resident of Southampton, opening Jue Lan Club in the Hamptons was always part of my vision for the brand and the former Savanah space is perfect for the outpost,” explained Morfogen.

The restaurant, which features Chinese cuisine with a modern flair, was named after the Jue Lan Society, an underground Chinese art club from the 1930’s. Its new site promises to bring “its artistic vision, exclusive nightlife scene and culinary expertise” to the East End and will officially open over Memorial Day Weekend.
“Our upscale fare coupled with vibe dinning perfectly complements the East End’s residents and vacationers,” added Morfogen. “Plus, our nightlife programing will fill a void in the Hamptons hospitality scene.”
Patrons can expect the same signature Asian staples that the flagship offers, like Drunken Sea Bass, Braised Oxtail Bao Buns, Shrimp Crystal Dumplings and Chicken Satay. And once the dinner rush is over, Jue Lan Club Southampton will turn into The Barn @ Jue Lan Club, a nightclub with an unmatched nightlife adventure.

Jue Lan Club Southampton will be open for dinner Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 4 am. and Sundays from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Jue Lan Club will host a Dim Sum brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Barn @ Jue Lan Club nightclub will be open Thursday through Saturday.
