Participating eateries will offer a three course meal for $27.95, with no less than three dishes to choose from for an appetizer, entree and dessert, beginning Sunday, October 30th through Sunday, November 6th.
This highly popular, annual event is mutually beneficial: diners get to sample fine restaurants they may not otherwise be able to try, and the local restaurants get a boom in business, post-Labor Day, when they might otherwise be experiencing a natural lull in activity. The Hamptons has been enjoying the fine dining and seeing these benefits for a decade already in this unifying Long Island event.
“This season marks the10th Annual Fall Long Island Restaurant Week,” noted Marissa Jacobs of WordHampton Public Relations. “With more than 25 local East End restaurants participating, and more than 125 Island-wide, it’s sure to be a successful promotion.”
Being that Long Island Restaurant Week has proven itself to be quite lucrative and successful, there are hopes to add an additional week, in either the winter or spring.
“As we celebrate a decade of deals, we’re preparing to rollout a NEW restaurant week,” noted Jacobs. “Stay tuned for details, but in the meantime take advantage of the fabulous deal at the best restaurants around.”
