“Participating in Restaurant Week gives us an opportunity to connect with the local community and offer a memorable dining experience at a price that fits most budgets. Restaurant Week often brings us first time guests, many of whom are surprised and delighted to learn that we offer a variety of dining options,” Claudia Fleming, The North Fork Table and Inn Proprietor and Pastry Chef, noted. “Whether it’s a tasting menu, a casual bite at the bar, or a weekend brunch, we want our guests to know that they can come back to The North Fork Table & Inn anytime for exceptional cuisine and service, either for a special occasion, or for a casual evening with family and friends.”
“With more than 2.8 million residents and 1,000 restaurants with varied cuisines, concepts and price points, it is no wonder why we started the highly anticipated Long Island Restaurant Week,” Steve Haweeli, President of Long Island Restaurant & Marketing Hospitality Group, the business-to-consumer promotions division of WordHampton Public Relations who is responsible for Restaurant Week, added.
So, whether you’re excited to return to your weekly spot for a meal at a steal, or use Restaurant Week to explore the East End culinary scene, it’s time to start making reservations.
“This year specifically it was much needed,” Duke said. “Restaurant Week came at a time where people were fed up with the winter and are excited to get out and embrace the spring. No better way to do that then with tacos and margaritas!”
