The event, hosted in part by Edible East End, will feature bites from Anewyoricanthing, Billie Jean’s Grill, Bistro Mobile Kitchen, Blondie’s Bake Shop, Cheese Kings, Chiddy’s Cheesesteaks, Dressen’s Famous Donuts Truck, Eat Me Drink Me, Elegant Eats, Good Eats Grill Food Truck, Hampton Coffee Co., King Andrew Cheese, Nice Buns Slammin’ Sliders, Noah’s on the Road, Pizza Luca, OPA! “It’s amazing we are in our 7th year. When we launched the Derby food trucks were just coming on the scene,” said Edible East End publisher Brian Halweil. “They are more mainstreamed now but the event is still really unique – especially because we don’t have many food trucks on the East End.”
There will also be sips from Blue Point Brewing Company, Health-Ade Kombucha, Moët Hennessy, Tröegs Independent Brewing, Wainscott Main Wine and Spirits, and more.
“It’s an amazing discovery experience. Beyond the food trucks we have a beverage zone where we’ve had all sorts of alt beverages, like sugar-less soda, kombucha, and nutmilks,” Halweil added. “For me, it’s also about the ethnic eats, because we seek out dumpling makers, taco trucks, pupuserias and more. There’s Hamptons Coffee Co brewing coffee and plenty of sweet tooth stuff.”
