On Tuesday nights throughout the summer, Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack is bound to become the hottest reservation in the Hamptons to have – thanks to a new dinner series presented by Pop Up Nation (P.U.N.) that will highlight the culinary expertise of 14 of the nation’s most notable chefs.
The Tuesday Takeovers – with celebrity chefs from Pop Up Nation – launched on Tuesday, June 1 with Marc Murphy, and the series will continue throughout the season.
“To our loyal fans and friends, as we welcome you back for another great season at the Old Stove Pub, we are so excited to announce a new Tuesday Takeover pop-up dinner series with celebrated chefs taking over our kitchen every Tuesday night until Labor Day,” Joe DeCristofaro, Old Stove Pub owner, noted.
During the weekly series, patrons will be treated to an exceptional multi-course dinner created by the evening’s featured culinary icon.
“This will be a first-of-its-kind series where every week provides a new dining experience with one of the nation’s best chefs. Get ready for a summer-long Hamptons dinner party!” DeCristofaro expressed.

As of right now, the Tuesday Takeovers will feature Esther Choi on June 8, Jose Garces on June 15, Joey Campanaro on June 22, Jonathan Waxman on June 29 Alex Guarrnaschlli on July 13, Michael Symon on July 20 (tentatively), Amanda Frietag on July 27, Josh Capon on August 3, Marcus Samuelsson on August 10 (tentatively), and Leah Cohen on August 17. The guest chefs on July 6, August 24 and August 31 will be announced at a later date.
“Our guests will enjoy familiar faces week to week, but each Tuesday they are treated to a unique epicurean experience,” he added. “We look forward to seeing you at the Old Stove Pub!”
There is limited seating availability, however Tuesday Takeover subscribers will have access to a guaranteed reservation for a table for two every Tuesday Night.
