Digitally Native Coffee Startup Opens Hamptons Pop-Up

Pre-COVID dining and shopping tendencies are long gone and many of us have learned to embrace the “new normal”, meaning socially distanced, technology-based experiences. Over the last few months, Coronavirus has challenged companies across the United States to find innovative ways to keep themselves in business. The most interesting, and perhaps impressive way companies have kept the cash flowing has been by intertwining tech into aspects of the shopping and dining experience we would have never imagined before.

Bandit, a digital coffee startup based out of New York City, was one step ahead of everyone else pre-COVID, utilizing technology to make ordering coffee quick and easy, helping customers save time by eliminating waiting in line.

This summer, Bandit is bringing its services to the Hamptons, launching a pop-up store in Water Mill at 670 Montauk Highway.

“We’re incredibly excited to be launching in Water Mill. We know that many folks have traveled out that way for the summer, and we hope that Bandit can become part of their everyday coffee, matcha & breakfast needs,” Crowley noted. Bandit has partnered with F&B brands Iris Nova, a tech-beverage distribution platform, and CORE Foods, an organic, plant-based, probiotic oat bar. Going beyond coffee, this pop-up will sell carefully curated goods for Hamptons clientele, including high end food, beverage, beauty/wellness, and fashion products.
