Father’s Day is the time to impress dad with your mixology skills by whipping up something that will awaken his taste buds. If you’re stuck on summer sips, here’s a few to test out.

1. Veuve Clicquot Rich Pineapple Polo Classic:
Directions: Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add 5 to 6 pieces of cut pineapple and finish with chilled Veuve Clicquot.
2. Smoky Paloma:
Directions: Muddle one chipotle pepper with agave syrup and grapefruit juice in mixing glass. Add 901® Tequila and shake vigorously over ice. Strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top off with IPA Ale. Garnish with skewered chipotle pepper.
3. Nashville Red Eye:

Directions: Shake first 3 ingredients with ice for 10 seconds to combine and chill. Strain into chilled Snifter already containing the 4 oz of Stout. Float coffee beans on top of foam.
4. Splash Bay St. Bourbon:
Directions: Mix 1 part of Dad’s favorite brand of Bourbon with 1 part of Splash Bay St. Ginger. Serve on the rocks in a highball glass or shaken and straight up in a martini glass with a lemon twist.
5. Sand Bar:
Directions: Build ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top with Galliano and garnish.

6. No. TEN Watermelon:
Directions: Add fresh pressed juice and Tanqueray No. TEN to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain in cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with piece of fruit.

7. Shelter Island Sunset:
Directions: Combine all ingredients in mixing cup with ice; shake; strain and pour into a tall, iced glass; garnish with a fresh strawberry.
