Tracy Anderson Opening Pop-Up Studio In The Hamptons

​​This summer, fitness guru Tracy Anderson will open her third Hamptons studio. The latest location will be a pop-up studio at the Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina in Montauk.

Open for eight weeks starting Friday, July 1st, class goers will have the opportunity to fully experience the Tracy Anderson Method, with daily offerings of muscular structure and TA VA dance cardio classes, specialized men’s classes, and also private training services. Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham, Lena Dunham, Nicole Richie, Katie Lee, Robert Downey Jr., and even Miss Piggy are fans of the highly popular workout.

“I am so excited to bring the Tracy Anderson Method to Montauk with a pop-up studio that will transform the way people exercise and connect to themselves,” said Anderson. “In addition to the studio programming in Water Mill and East Hampton, Montauk will get to experience my atTAin definition classes as well as my brand new low-impact, high calorie burning dance workout TA VA. Both classes deliver my latest and greatest content to propel your fit life.”

Anderson’s workouts constantly evolve with new routines being added at least twice a month, to guarantee that clients don’t plateau. The sessions, which focus on the major muscle groups as well as accessory muscles, change every 10 days.

Guests can also gear up at the Tracy Anderson boutique within the pop-up, which will feature body-customized fitness DVDs, apparel, nutritional supplements, and more.​

Along with “The End” location, Tracy Anderson has permanent studios in Water Mill and East Hampton, which are currently open 7 days a week and present a variety of group classes, private training services, and more.

Classes are $45, and walk-ins are welcome, depending on availability. Private training costs are available upon request.
