Stay Fit This Summer During Poolside Workouts With Elements Fitness Studio

This summer, along with its East Hampton studio, Elements Fitness Studio (68 Newtown Lane, Suite 6, East Hampton), who was named one of the top places to sweat in the Hamptons by Well & Good, is offering poolside sweat sessions at the Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk).

“Elements is partnering with Montauk Beach House to provide ongoing fitness classes and wellness activations all summer,” shared Andrea Fornarola Hunsberger, CEO and founder of Elements Fitness Studio. “We are excited to align with MBH and our other partners including PopUp Summer! & Misson 360 to present an exciting experience driven series of signature classes, curated retail and wellness products.”

Before MBH visitors spend the day sunning themselves by the pool, they can fit in an invigorating workout with Elements Fitness Studio, who will be bringing its beloved Elements Mat workout, which pairs Elements’ signature formula and transforms it down to the mat, as well as Yoga Flow to MBH. Classes will launch Memorial Day weekend and continue through Labor Day.

“Classes are poolside and are held in the morning between 9 to 12 p.m.,” added Fornarola Hunsberger.

In addition to Elements’ summer residency at the Montauk Beach House, several other exclusive activities, including SUP paddle board fitness, beach workouts, bridal events and private parties, as well as brand partnerships with Juice Press, Sweaty Betty, Tory Sport and more, can be found at MBH this summer.

Now in its 4th season, Elements Fitness Studio has also added some exhilarating new classes at the East Hampton studio, including an advanced format Elements Barre class, featuring 45 minutes of power packed Elements Barre Fitness in a quicker presentation and a dance class that mixes cardio dance choreography and Elements’ signature sculpting and toning exercise.
