Train To The Beat During Hamptons Pop-Up Fitness Class

Is getting down to your favorite songs your ideal workout method? Does music make or break your motivation? Then mark your calendars because STRONG by Zumba is making its way to the Hamptons to offer three weekends of classes. You can get your sweat on to tunes specifically curated to complement each challenging move at Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk on Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16, Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23, and Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6.

“We are psyched to offer STRONG by Zumba classes at newly-renovated hotspot Ruschmeyer’s — the Montauk crowd is going to love this workout,” said Zumba VP of Marketing, Carolina Moraes. “It combines great music with a hard-core, high intensity cardio workout…and no equipment is needed.”

The HIIT workout classes mixes body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, which are complimented with original music created specifically to match every single move.

“We’re all looking for ways to destress from life and this 60-min calorie torcher will give Hamptons-goers a chance to sweat and tone while still having fun – it’s truly the perfect audience for this class,” added Moraes.

During the one-hour class, you’ll work on your arms, abs and glutes with plyometric or explosive moves such as high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks that are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing.

Classes will be led by top STRONG by Zumba master trainers and don’t be surprised if notable influencers and celebrity trainers stop by.
