Unleash Your Inner Athlete With Tone House In The Hamptons

While bikini season sadly may be coming to a close, that’s no excuse to start slacking off on your workouts.

For those looking for a new challenge, Tone House, New York City’s sole extreme athletic-based group fitness class, is presenting classes at The Capri Hotel in Southampton every Sunday through Labor Day weekend.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Oreya at The Capri Hotel and bring our intense, results driven and team oriented Tone House workout to Southampton this summer,” shared Alonzo Wilson, founder of Tone House.

Tone House, which counts Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model and Victoria’s Secret Angel Nina Agdal as a fan, encourages attendees to dig deep and find their inner athlete. Classes are team-oriented and competitive, but also fun and supportive. Tone House’s mission is “to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people.”

Classes will be held at 11 a.m. and are $25.
