SoulCycle + Flow Water Presenting Outdoor Hamptons Cycling Classes

This summer, SoulCycle is taking its beloved 45-minute cycling classes outside. SoulCycle is joining forces with Flow Water to present a duo of Hamptons outdoor activations. Soul Outside will feature a plethora of summer rides led by top Hamptons instructors, including Laurie, Stacey, Sue, Conor, Mireya and Emily Turner. The al fresco sessions will take place outside under a tent.

The Barn’s classes will be held outside the Barn at the Hayground Camp in Bridgehampton, while the Water Mill location will present classes in an outdoor area adjacent to the studio. As the SoulCycle experience just isn’t complete without some motivating tunes, headphones will be provided for a silent disco style feel.

Activations are planned for the weekends of Friday, July 10 through Sunday, July 12, Friday, July 17 through Sunday, July 19, Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26 and Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2.

Classes are $50 (including shoes and water). Spots can be reserved for the coming week on Monday’s at noon.
