Fhitting Room Debuting Hamptons Summer Residency Over Independence Day Weekend

Fhitting Room, a Manhattan-based High Intensity Training (HIT) boutique fitness studio, is returning to the Hamptons to present its Signature FHIX class every Saturday at the Sag Harbor Gym. The residency will begin on July 7 and remain through Labor Day weekend.

“Fhitting Room is excited to bring functional high intensity training to our new home away from home at Sag Harbor Gym,” Kari Saitowitz, founder of Fhitting Room, shared. “This will be Fhitting Room’s fifth summer popping up in the Hamptons. The energy and vibe on Saturday morning classes in the Hamptons is always amazing.

The 50-minute class boasts the energy and camaraderie of a group fitness class, however the small class size allows the instructors to consistently offer personal attention to participants. The full body workout commences with a warm-up, then focuses on strength training and functional movements, and high intensity interval circuits. The workout commences with a FHIX (Functional High Intensity Mix).

“These classes are a great opportunity for loyal clients from our different NYC studios to meet each other and for newbies to experience FHITness for their first time,” added Saitowitz. “We rotate our much loved FHITpros from the city out East throughout summer, and like all Fhitting Room classes, no two workouts are ever the same.”

To keep it interesting and make sure classgoers aren’t working the same muscles every time, each class differs. Participants can expect to utilize a variety of equipment – such as kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

Classes are limited to 24 participants and each session is led by two FHIT Pro certified trainers.

The Signature FHIX class will be offered at 9:35 a.m. Admission is $40, which includes a post-workout goody bag packed with organic skincare and recovery products from EiR NYC, including rolling liniment heat rub oil and post session salts, as well as face + body wipes from RECESS.
