Equinox Launches Platform X In The Hamptons

Summer in the Hamptons brings plenty of fun and challenging fitness pop ups. One of the more recent ones to debut is Platform X, presented in partnership with American Express Platinum, which will be held at The Barn in Bridgehampton.

Led by Equinox’s expert Tier X coaches, the 45-minute metabolic conditioning session utilizes mobility, strength and cardio through innovative training methodology.

“Furthermore from Equinox is a true editorial expression of the Equinox high-performance lifestyle,” said Equinox’s Chief Marketing Officer Vimla Black Gupta. “Together, with American Express Platinum, we wanted to create something that would be both intrinsic and special to our members’ ‘always on’ lifestyles.”

Classes will take place on Friday, August 10 at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 11 at 11:30 a.m., Friday, August 17 at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 18 at 11:30 a.m., Friday, August 24 at 10:30 a.m., and Saturday, August 25 at 11:30 a.m.

“Launching Platform X in the Hamptons this summer was the ultimate way to bring Equinox’s expertise programming to life out east, in a truly personalized manner,” Black Gupta.

Additionally, Equinox is teaming up with Maisonette for a pop up at Serena & Lily (332 Montauk Highway, East Hampton) on Friday, August 10. The outdoor group fitness event will kick off with a cardio dance/barre class, The Muse led by Felicia Csolak at 8 a.m. and parent-child yoga at 9:30 a.m.
