Get ready to shop until you drop during Ovarian Cancer Research Fund’s (OCRF) 18th annual Super Saturday NY, sponsored by QVC, on Saturday, July 25th. Hosted by Donna Karan and Kelly Ripa, the Hamptons shopathon at Nova’s Ark Project will take place from 1 to 6 p.m., with a special preview hour beginning at 12 p.m.

Once dubbed “the Rolls-Royce of garage sales” by The New York Times, the event offers attendees the opportunity to score designer goods at a severely discounted price, and also enjoy the many Super Saturday experiences. The daylong fundraiser will feature a not-to-be-missed designer garage sale, kids’ carnival and activities, a luxury raffle and gourmet treats.
Guests can stop by PRIV’s Braid Bar for a hair touch up or look into the future during a psychic reading with Betsy Wahmann. Capture the moment in the DKNY Psychedelic Photobooth by The Bosco or visit a Super Saturday newbie like Alex and Ani Charity By Design manicures, beauty touch-ups by Tre’StiQue and dream interpretations by Casper. Feel the flower power while making a floral crown with B Floral and enjoy some R&R in Brancott Estate’s Flight Song wine bar and massage parlor. Think you know your designer goods? Then take TheRealReal luxury design challenge “Is It Real or Is It Faux?” to win credit on the luxury resale’s site.
This year’s on-site luxury raffle will feature items from Charlotte Olympia, David Webb, Lorraine Schwartz, Pologeorgis Furs, Seaman Schepps and Vhernier, and experiences donated by Flywheel Sports, Soho Grand Hotel and The New York Football Giants, among others. Little ones can keep busy with rides, games and arts & crafts galore. They can channel their inner designer at the Stitched Fashion Camp, where Parsons Professor/Fashion Designer Rob Younkers and Yahoo Fashion Editor-in-Chief and Executive Creative Officer Joe Zee will work with children sketching, designing and styling one-of-a-kind t-shirts. Camp Divalysscious will have arts & crafts all day, special performances from Wendy The Pipe Cleaner Lady, Bella face painting, glitter tattoos, magic shows, tote bag decorating, and dress up and tiara decorating with Red Carpet Kids. Little ones can head to Micro Kickboard to test their skills on the Micro Lane, an amusing obstacle course using the highest-rated scooters for children. Space East will have the hottest video games available on the planet in the arcade mecca and new Hasbro games, like Twister Moves, Scrabble Twist and Pie Face.

Once again, OCRF and QVC are teaming up for “QVC Presents Super Saturday LIVE.” For those unable to make it to Super Saturday, take advantage of the live, on-site QVC broadcast from 2 to 4 p.m. Viewers will have the chance to pick up premier fashion, beauty, jewelry, accessories and home items for half the suggested retail price, benefiting OCRF.
The 18th annual Super Saturday NY will feature items from nearly 150 prominent designers and brands, including Donna Karan, Diane von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Vince, Alexis Bittar, Bonpoint, Henri Bendel, Milly, Theory, Elie Tahari, alice + olivia, Scoop NYC, Vilebrequin, Kiehl’s Since 1851, L’AGENCE, Shoshanna and Zimmerman. For the eighth consecutive year, the “Designers A to Zoe” booth by Rachel Zoe will feature a compilation of pieces from her favorite luxury designers including DSQUARED2, Giambattista Valli, Prabal Gurung, Jenni Kayne, Calvin Klein and Stella McCartney Kids.
Tickets begin at $450 for adults and $150 for children.
