Marc Jacob, internationally renowned fashion company, is coming to the East End! If you think you know The Surf Lodge, then wait until you see it now! Marc Jacobs gave Montauk’s popular hotspot a facelift! What was once an all white building with yellow detailing is now accented with Marc Jacob’s new color pallet from his “Color Collection.” When you visit The Surf Lodge now through August 15, you will step into a world of color and it certainly does not disappoint!
The beach is adorned with branded umbrellas and pillows in the navy blue and army green hues from the collection. What stands out the most is the front of The Surf Lodge’s striking hot pink awnings above the windows that match a customized Cadillac parked out front.
Marc Jacobs has also made a presence in every hotel room of The Surf Lodge. Guests have access to a bubblegum matte television, boogie boards, pillows, oars, and nautical-themed objects d’art. But they didn’t stop there! The Surf Lodge staff are all outfitted in The Color Collection and for those wishing to bring home items from the Collection can stop at the onsite boutique where an assortment is available, including tote bags, camera bags, Breton shirts, baseball caps, and casual shorts.
The Surf Lodge menu is also customized to the occasion. Guests can order a “Marc-arita,” a green concoction comprised of tequila, lime juice and black lava salt, or the Blue Crush Jacobs, made with vodka, blue curaçao, coconut liquor, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and coconut water.
This fun and vibrant activation is only open through August 15 and is certainly something to see with your own eyes!
