One (Glowing) Day at a Time

By Dria Murphy

What you do on the daily can make or break your beauty and wellness regimen. Here are some ways to elevate your everyday routine with products that actually make a difference.

As the founder of by dria—a wellness company dedicated to helping lifestyle brands build meaningful connections through events and strategic partnerships—I recognize how overwhelming and crowded the wellness space has become. After years of working closely with both brands and consumers that insight led me to create the by dria membership—a trusted platform that helps people discover what’s truly worth their time, energy, and investment. Rooted in community, content, and curated experiences, our mission is to create an effortless way to prioritize well-being and elevate everyday living. I’m all about feeling your best, staying consistent, and keeping wellness simple —and these beauty essentials I swear by are a perfect way to achieve that. Here are some of my faves!

Furtuna Skin Biphase Moisturizing Oil

This luxurious nighttime oil gives me a glow in the morning. It’s lightweight and plumps my skin with moisture and hydration while I sleep. The ingredients are sustainably sourced from the hills at the brand’s organic farm in Sicily. $125, furtunaskin.com

Kate McLeod Daily Stone Body Moisturizer

I make sure to use this deep moisturizing lotion bar—which is known as ā€œThe Dailyā€ and made of rose, frankincense, neroli, and no synthetic fragrances—all over to keep my body hydrated before bed. $45, katemcleod.com

Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty Tri-liptide Peptide Lip-Enhancing Treatment

I’ve noticed a visible fullness to my lips after using the Dr. Whitney Bowe Lip Treatment, which targets eight signs of lip aging. My lips are also incredibly hydrated and soft. The formula is also not sticky, has a transparent color, and is fragrance-free. $34, drwhitneybowebeauty.com

Sarah Creal Back of the Cab Mascara

One coat of this mascara is perfect for daytime, and two gives just enough drama for night. It lengthens lashes, is smudge-proof, and stays put all day. I didn’t even realize the shade is called Back of the Cab, which feels spot-on for how effortlessly it goes on, even in a rush. $40, sarahcrealbeauty.com

Symbiome The Essence Rejuvenating Mist

I use this after a workout, on an airplane, and throughout the day to stay fresh. The ingredients are minimal, including aloe vera and full-spectrum hyaluronic acid. It purifies and balances the skin’s pH while fighting acne-causing bacteria, delivering pro-collagen peptides, and promoting cellular repair. $50, dermstore.com

LivOn Labs Liposomal Vitamin C

Liposomal Vitamin C is my go-to for overall immune support. Your body’s white blood cells can absorb vitamins more easily than other cells in the body, which helps to increase your natural defense system. This form of Vitamin C goes straight to your bloodstream, which allows your body to absorb it quickly. Not to mention, there’s no added sugar. Just squeeze a packet into a shot glass with water or coconut water and shoot it like a real shot. Cheers! $40, livonlabs.com

Superieur Electrolytes Fresh Watermelon

Staying hydrated is one of the most important wellness practices. Electrolytes can help speed up the hydration process, so incorporating them into your water is key. However, not all electrolytes are created equal. Superieur Electrolytes use three plant extracts and two sea salts (instead of table salt, which is manufactured with sweeteners and synthetic vitamin C) to make its electrolytes stand out from the rest. $29, superieurelectrolytes.com

Art of Tea Matcha Sticks

I love matcha, so having matcha on the go is essential, especially when I travel. These packets contain organic, ceremonial-grade matcha and mix easily. $25, artoftea.com

Dream Recovery Mouth Tape

I genuinely believe mouth taping is one of the simplest ways to improve your health without any drastic changes to your lifestyle. This skincare-infused and dermatologist-approved mouth tape is formulated with superior ingredients, including organic bamboo silk, which naturally fights bacteria and germs. The strips also boasts a medical-grade, hypoallergenic adhesive for a strong hold that’s gentle on skin, with no PFAS, toxins, or chemicals. $97, dreamrecovery.io

  • Palm Tree Music Festival, the ultimate Hamptons party, returns for its sixth edition on Saturday, June 27th at the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton. Known for blending world-class music with laid-back luxury, the one‑day festival once again brings together an electric lineup and an atmosphere that captures summer at its absolute best. This year’s lineup includes headlining performances by Palm Tree Crew Co-Founder Kygo, The Chainsmokers, and Disco Lines, alongside additional sets by It’s Murph, Xandra, Will Sass, and Brooke Brazelton.

ā€œThe Hamptons has always been at the heart of the Palm Tree Music Festival story,ā€ said Palm Tree Crew Co-Founder Myles Shear. ā€œThe energy from the fans and the local community makes this show truly special. We’re thrilled to return for our sixth year and have a lot in store to take this experience to new heights for another unforgettable celebration.ā€ā

The Hamptons return follows a milestone year for Palm Tree Crew. After a sold‑out fifth Hamptons edition, the brand expanded globally with debut festivals in St. Tropez and Sardinia, new U.S. destinations in Montecito and Napa Valley, and the announcement of its first Asia festival in Singapore set for April 2026. @palmtreefestival

  •
We’re all bombarded with New Year, New Me posts on Instagram and TikTok as health takes center stage in everyone’s 2026 goals. Many choose to participate in ā€œDry January,ā€ a challenge that encourages participants to take a break from alcohol. Non-alcoholic alternatives are also a great option for those who want to join the bar crawl without the stigma of holding a water bottle. With help from our friends at Kidd Squid Brewery, we sampled a variety of options at their tasting room in Sag Harbor. Here are our top picks.

1. Wölffer Estate: Spring in a Bottle Rose

You can’t go anywhere in the Hamptons without grabbing a glass of Wolffer’s iconic RosĆ©. Don’t fret! You can still enjoy the iconic, vibrant, fruity taste with their non-alcoholic version.

Tasting notes: It’s no surprise that it is a favorite in The Hamptons. The lack of alcohol doesn’t affect the rich, elegant rose, peach, and apple notes. This is a delicious, fresh, sparkling rosĆ©.

2. Hedlum

Is a locally owned company that produces crispy non-alcoholic beers that perfectly mirror their alcoholic counterparts. I tried their Easy Down Lager, and it was perfect!

Tasting notes: It pours out like a beer with a nice frothy top layer. It is crisp and smooth and reminds me of a Sapporo.

3. Aplós

Another locally owned company that produces non-alcoholic drinks crafted by award-winning mixologists. I fell in love with their credo, ā€œLife should be sipped slowly.ā€ I tried their Chili Margarita and loved the sparkling citrus notes with a bit of a kick. It’s infused with adaptogens and nootropics, which are thought to reduce stress, elevate your mood, and overall just deliver that perfect chill for any social setting.

Tasting notes: Crisp and tangy, with very strong citrus notes, this reminded me of kombucha. It was very refreshing.
