On Friday, June 23, EMP Summer House, Eleven Madison Park’s East Hampton pop up restaurant, launched with a grand opening presented by American Express Platinum. Attendees, including Vanessa Hudgens, Austin Butler, Alec Baldwin, Hilaria Baldwin, Brad Goreski, June Ambrose, Brendan Fallis, Maxwell Osborne, and Todd Snyder, joined co-owners Daniel Humm and Will Guidara for a celebratory fête that featured music by DJ Hannah Bronfman, and a first taste of the EMP Summer House menu, developed by Chef Daniel Humm in partnership with Will Guidara, which showcased irresistible bites like bacon-wrapped Humm Dogs with black truffle and celery, Lobster Rolls, Fried Chicken and The NoMad’s famous Milk & Honey soft serve.
On Saturday, several American Express Platinum Card Members attended an exclusive SoulCycle class held at an outdoor pop-up studio at the Southampton Arts Center in Southampton. Led by SoulCycle Senior Master Instructor Stacey Griffith, attendees worked out under an incredible string installation designed by artist Eric Rieger (HOTTEA) and were gifted with custom Platinum Soul t-shirts and hats. EMP Summer House, which just opened in East Hampton, refueled riders after the class with juices and their signature granola.

The Arrangement star and animal health and rights activist Christine Evangelista hosted the first annual Polo Hamptons Match & Event, presented by Porsche and “Social Life” magazine. Attendees, including Lindsay Hubbard, Lauren Wirkus, Kyle Cook and Stephen McGee from Bravo’s Summer House, enjoyed an afternoon of polo, an open bar, an exclusive Laurent-Perrier champagne bar, and delectable hors d’oeuvres.

Jets cornerback Buster Skrine was spotted fueling up pre-season at the Montauk Yacht Club on Saturday with pal Chris Lewis Harris of the Denver Broncos and the @foodgod himself, Jonathan Cheban. Skrine hosted a workout at the Montauk hotspot and then stuck around to soak up the sun poolside with friends. Later on, they stopped by the Club’s Coast Kitchen for lobster rolls and treats, and even posed for pictures with young Jets fans on the deck and a few bachelorette parties.

Jennifer Lopez, donning a stunning floor length white dress, dined with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and a friend at Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton on Saturday. The power couple was hard to miss, turning heads upon their arrival at the Hamptons hotspot. However, when it was time to leave, J.Lo and A-Rod chose to discreetly exit through the back of the restaurant.
An incognito Lady Gaga stopped by The Surf Lodge in Montauk with boyfriend Christian Carino on Saturday. The couple spent time by the fire pit, ducking out before the crowds arrived for the St. Lucia concert. Fashion Designer Cynthia Rowley and her husband Bill Powers joined Gigi Burris, Grey Malin, and The Hills star Lo Bosworth for a Swedish Midsummer dinner and performance from Kurt Vile at The Surf Lodge.

Christie Brinkley, Matt Lauer, Rosanna Scotto, Nicole Miller, Eric Ripert, and Michael Phelps were spotted at Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor.
After filming the Season 4 reunion show for Bravo’s Southern Charm in New York City, several of the cast members headed east. Shep Rose hit the links with Colin Jost, who is performing at Bay Street Theater on Saturday, and also shared a comical picture of his gag birthday gift to the SNL Weekend Update anchor on Instagram, while Landon Clements spent time in Shelter Island, researching spots to include on Trovare, her travel blog.
