“We are always so excited about our Concert for the Concerts on the Green,” said Laraine Creegan, Executive Director of Montauk Chamber of Commerce. “So many families attend to help continue to promote our local artists and musicians in and around the East End.”
Montauk Chamber of Commerce is preparing for their annual free Summer Concert Series on Montauk’s Green and Gosman’s Dockside Stage with the 7th Annual Concert for the Concerts on Sunday, April 26th. From 3 to 7 p.m., help the Chamber fund the summer favorite during a pre-series concert with Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks, Joe Delia and Friends, and Ray Red at Swallow East. Miss Melody will hold a special performance for children from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The featured artists, who will also be showcased during the summer series, generously donated their time and talent to the benefit concert.
“We are so proud to be able to continue these concerts each year,” noted Creegan. “This fundraiser is just the beginning to help fund all the concerts, we also ask and encourage sponsors for each concert to help us pay the artists.”
