“GE Smith here, and I am very excited to be bringing my band to Ross School on May 9th to help raise funds and provide a great educational opportunity for all kinds of children,” rock legend GE Smith told Hamptons.com. “My daughter attends Ross, so it is doubly meaningful to me to be involved.”
On Saturday, May 9th at 6:30 p.m., Ross School in East Hampton is hosting their 12th annual Live @Club Starlight gala, benefiting the Steven J. Ross Scholarship Fund. Live @Club Starlight raises awareness and vital funding in support of the Steven J. Ross Scholarship Fund at Ross School. The Fund was established in 1991, at the School’s inception by Courtney Sale Ross and her late husband, Steven J. Ross, to give children from varied socioeconomic backgrounds the opportunity to flourish as they receive an exceptional Ross education. This year, more than $3 million in financial assistance helped over 125 local children attend Ross.
