Anne Morgan established the American Friends of Blérancourt, Inc. in 1985 to assist the French National Museum in the Château de Blérancourt, in Picardie, France, located outside of Paris. The Franco-American Museum is devoted to documenting the political, social and cultural interactions between the two countries, especially in regards to how they have viewed each other over the past three centuries.
