Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Hosting Annual Hamptons Memorial Day Weekend Benefit At The Sender Estate

“We are excited for this year’s event for so many reasons,” noted Reina Schiffrin, President/CEO of Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic. “It is always a terrific event with delicious food, a spectacular location, unique items in the silent auction and wonderful supporters.”

On Sunday, May 24th, Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic (PPHP) is hosting the 27th Annual East End Benefit at the Sender Estate in Sag Harbor. From 5 to 7 p.m., attendees can mingle while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. PPHP supporters will also have the opportunity to bid on unique silent auction items, like exquisite art work, tickets to the New York City Ballet or a New York Yankees versus Boston Red Sox game, a vacation in the Dominican Republic, paddleboard lessons, fine dining certificates, a sailing adventure, a vintage carousel horse and more.

The Annual East End Benefit will even feature a special guest. “This year, Cecile Richards, the President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, is joining us to make it even more special,” said Schiffrin. “This is going to be a fabulous evening.”

Bonnie Buckner, Michael Halsband, and Jill Scheuer are serving as co-chairs of the Benefit Committee, with Dorothy Lichtenstein as chair of the Honorary Committee.

All proceeds from the East End Benefit support reproductive health care services and educational programs. PPHP provides essential health care to women, men and young people regardless of their ability to pay.

Tickets are $300 per person and $150 for anyone under the age of 35.
