On Friday, February 26th, get ready for another rousing round of entertaining quizzing in support of Citizens for Access Rights (CfAR).
“This will be our 5th annual Trivia Night and we are excited to bring our supporters out on a winter evening to support the beaches,” shared Nicole Castillo, a CfAR Board Member. “As the lawsuits affecting our beaches heat up this year, this event allows us another opportunity to raise funds to defend those lawsuits.”
Taking place at the Amagansett American Legion Hall, the fundraiser is open to teams of four, who can either register in advance or at the door. Single players may also register and will be assigned to a team. Bring the brightest of your friends because the top group of know-it-alls will be awarded a cash prize.
All proceeds from Trivia Night will aid CfAR’s mission of preserving the community’s right to beach access on the East End.
To register before the event, send your team name to [email protected]. The first round begins at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $25 per person and $20 for 2015 CfAR members. Snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase.
