Summer may have passed by in the blink of an eye, but make sure you take advantage of the holiday weekend by stopping by some of these Hamptons spots.
Start Labor Day weekend a little early with original acoustic groove rock band Jettykoon who are performing at The Montauket (88 Firestone Drive, www.montauksun.com/) on Thursday, August 29.
For music all weekend stop by The Backyard Restaurant at Sole East (90 Second House Road, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) in Montauk. Jettykoon kicks off the holiday weekend on Friday, August 30, at 7 p.m. followed by DJ Faze at 9 p.m. On Saturday, August 31, enjoy a poolside set from DJ Ana at 1 p.m., then the Summer Concert Series finishes with Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band at 7 p.m. followed by DJ Faze at 9 p.m. On Sunday, Ludmilla and Marcello will perform during the Jazz and Bosso Nova Brunch which begins at 11:30 a.m., and then relax during a poolside set starting at 1 p.m.
The closing celebration of Cadillac’s Sound Waves @ The House features an all female lineup with Alex Merrell, Elle Dee, and Hesta Prynn on Saturday, August 31. Head to the Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) for a day of music and also fashions from Delicate Raymond Jewelry.
