Memorial Day weekend marks the debut of EMM Group’s FINALE East (44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, 212-627-1235, emmgrp.com), who will start their Hamptons summer season with the #IHEARTSATURDAYS featuring Dalton on Saturday, May 24, 2014, and A-Trak on Sunday night.

Also in East Hampton, Philippe Olivier Bondon and Greg Guillebaut along with The Dual Groupe Family are hosting their annual Day & Night Hamptons White Party on Saturday. This year, the event will take place at Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge (44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, 631-604-6060 siennahamptons.com). Enjoy the St. Tropez style brunch party with music by DJ Carl Kennedy from 1 to 6 p.m. On Sunday night, things are getting wild at Sienna with The Animal Party hosted by TRAVISWILD.

In Wainscott, Georgica Restaurant & Lounge (108 Stone Road, Wainscott, 631-537-6255, georgicarestaurant.com) is officially reopening on Friday, with a launch party featuring DJ Theory. During the reopening party, the Wainscott spot is unveiling their new Eclectic-American menu created by Executive Chef Greg Grossman and his Culinaria Group. LDV Hospitality’s No. 8 Brand is hosting a pop up event at Georgica on Saturday with DJ Sinatra. On Sunday, DKNY and Hannah Bronfman are co-hosting a charity dinner for Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

It’s all about the music in Amagansett. The Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) will host an open mic night on Thursday, at 8 p.m., followed by Mash Up!! at 10 p.m. Friday features Luka Bloom, with opening act Alfredo Meret, at 8 p.m., and late night music from The Nancy Atlas Project at 10 p.m. Saturday starts with Taj Mahal at 8 p.m., and Rubix Kube at 10:30 p.m. On Sunday, Southside Johnny & the Poor Fools will play at 8 p.m. and Booga Sugar will take the stage at 10 p.m. Tuesday is Industry Night hosted by Three Olives, starting at 10 p.m.
