Life@Nite: Hard Rock Las Vegas Taking Over Hamptons Beachside Spot

Memorial Day weekend may be the official start to the Hamptons season, but the summer solstice is finally here and the Hard Rock Las Vegas is heating up one Hamptons hotspot this weekend.

On Thursday, June 19, 2014 The Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) will have Sarah Dashew at 8 p.m., and The Hoodoo Loungers at 10 p.m. Friday Inda Eaton takes the stage at 8 p.m., and Decadia is on at 10 p.m. Martin Sexton kicks things off on Saturday at 7 p.m., Shadowland will follow at 9 p.m., and Rubix Kube will play at 10:30 p.m. Brandon Niederauer and BX2 are performing on Sunday at 8 p.m. and Inner Roots will be featured as part of Reggae Sunday Nights at 10 p.m. Outrageous Open Mic Night is back on Monday at 10 p.m. Catch local acts during Industry Night on Tuesday at 10 p.m. and show off your skills during Karaoke on Wednesday at 10 p.m.

Beach Bar (58 Foster Avenue, Hampton Bays, 631-723-3100, beachbarhamptons.com) is hosting their 22nd Annual Start of Summer (SOS) Party featuring music by DJ Doug on Friday night.

Taps (1271 North Sea Road, Southampton, 631-259-2998) will have live music featuring EarthReal and The People’s Blues on Friday starting at 10 p.m.

The Sloppy Tuna (148 South Emerson Avenue, Montauk, 631-647-8000, www.thesloppytuna.com) will start the weekend off with Friday Sloppy Hour, and then Hard Rock Vegas takes over The Sloppy Tuna on Saturday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Sunday features live music from Twister.

Navy Beach (16 Navy Road, Montauk, 631-668-6868, www.navybeach.com) is hosting “Honoring our Warriors. Supporting their Families,” to raise awareness and funds for the Navy SEAL Foundation on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. On Sunday, Winston Irie is performing starting around 5 p.m. as part of One Love Sundays.

668 The Gig Shack (782 Main Street, Montauk, 631-668-2727, www.668thegigshack.com) is kicking off its summer live music series on Saturday with TJ Foscolo from 4 to 7 p.m. Annie Trezza will play from 12 to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Milagro Tequila is presenting Summer Soltice, a poolside gathering at the Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) on Saturday from 12 to 6 p.m. featuring special guest Stretch Armstrong and resident DJ G*Lee

Zum Schneider Montauk (4 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-238-5963, www.zumschneider.com) will have a double dose of the Matt Wade Band this weekend. They are performing on Friday and Saturday starting at 9 p.m.
