Gary Clark Jr. Headlining Hamptons Benefit Concert For The Montauk Playhouse

“The Surf Lodge is delighted to continue our partnership with eBay Giving Works around our July 13th concert featuring Gary Clark Jr.,” said The Surf Lodge owner Jayma Cardoso. “It is very rewarding to see loyal fans come out and support the Montauk Playhouse and its concerts and we are looking forward to seeing it all come together next weekend.”

This summer, The Surf Lodge has teamed with eBay Giving Works for a selection of charity concerts, with 100 percent of proceeds benefiting the Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundation (MPCCF). The partnership debuted with a performance from Edward Sharpe over Memorial Day weekend.

The series will continue on Sunday, July 13, 2014 with Grammy-award winning Gary Clark Jr., who recently toured with Kings of Leon. Tickets will be available exclusively through eBay Giving Works starting Monday, July 7.

The mission of MPCCF is to raise funds for the restoration and development of the historic Montauk Playhouse as well as create a community center for the arts, education, recreation and human services for the East End.
