With just two weekends of the Hamptons season left, now is the time to make the most of it.
The Surf Punk Summer Series 2015 will include sets from Mick’s Jaguar (a Rolling Stones cover band), Miki Doras, Sunshine Gun Club, The Montauk Project, and Mickey Factz at Memory Motel (692 Montauk Highway, Montauk, www.surfpunkproductions.com) on Thursday, August 27th. Doors open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m.
Movie Night on the Lawn of The Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, 631-668-2112, thembh.com) will feature a throwback, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” on Thursday at 8 p.m. Enjoy hilarious shenanigans from Lawrence Jamieson (Michael Caine) and Freddy Benson (Steve Martin), as the two con artists try and out do the other. The MBH’s Summer Set Saturdays will showcase DJ Kieren Taylor on decks from 12 to 3 p.m. and good vibes by DJ Lola Langusta from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday Funday will feature vintage sexy vinyl poolside poppin’ by Jack Luber from 1 to 6 p.m.

Catch a performance from Rhett Miller (at 8 p.m.) and Big Sam’s Funky Nation (at 10 p.m.) on Thursday at Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com). Join Lez Zeppelin (an all-girls Led Zeppelin tribute band) at 8 p.m. and LHT at 10:30 p.m. on Friday. Saturday showcases Suzanne Vega at 7 p.m. and The Counterfeiters at 10:30 p.m. On Sunday, it’s Isabel Rose at 8 p.m., followed by Nick’s Surprise Birthday Party featuring Skadanks Band with Ras Droppa and Dollarman at 10 p.m. Dare to make your on stage debut during an Open Mic Night on Monday at 10 p.m. Kick September off with The Sectionals at 8 p.m. and Industry Night with a live band and DJ at 10 p.m. Wednesday includes Marigrace Dineen & Co. at 8 p.m. and karaoke at 10 p.m.
On Thursday, Mercedes Escobar and Ishto Juevez are headlining the Ilegal Music Series at The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, 631-483-5037, thesurflodge.com). On Friday, the Google Play Music presented Summer Concert Series will feature Photocomfort. Saturday showcases MS MR and Miss Velvet, and plan your Sunday Funday around The Surf Lodge’s BØRNS with Verité concert.
DJ Windows 98 (aka Win Butler of Arcade Fire) is headlining Rolling Stone Presents at Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk, 631-668-2345, www.gurneysmontauk.com) on Friday at 8 p.m. The summer music series will kickoff with DJ Nicole Leone on the East Deck.

Prostate Cancer Foundation (www.pcf.org) is hosting its annual gala at the Parrish Art Museum (279 Montauk Highway, Water Mill) on Saturday. Galagoers will enjoy a special musical performance by Grammy Award-Winning Producer David Foster and other surprise guests during the event, which supports the 11th Annual Charles Evans PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament taking place Friday, August 28th through Sunday, August 30th.
