Hump Day (Wednesday, August 9) at Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) will feature Collie Buddz at 8 p.m. and Karaoke with Helen “The Diva” McGuire at 10 p.m. Thursday will bring Saul Rivers at 8 p.m. and The Pandemics at 10 p.m. Friday will feature Holly Miranda & Band at 8 p.m. and Rubix Kube at 10 p.m. On Saturday, it’s The Smithereens at 7 p.m., Nick Weber & Band at 9 p.m., and Hello Brooklyn at 11 p.m. The Talkhouse’s infamous Hamptons Trash Party will be held on Sunday at 10 p.m. Presented by the folks who brought you Frye Festival, you can expect prizes for best costume, a sand eating contest, and music by Little Head Thinks, Winston Irie and members from all your favorite bands. Celebrate the Stephen Talkhouse’s 30th Birthday Party on Monday at 7 p.m. and Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. Sarah Conway & The Playful Souls is kicking off Tuesday at 8 p.m. and then it’s time for Industry Night with Running Rampant at 10 p.m.

The African wildlife conservation organization, Tusk USA, whose Royal Patron is HRH The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, is hosting An Evening in the Wild, a photography exhibition and dinner celebrating the work of world-renowned wildlife photographer, David Yarrow, at Harbor East Restaurant (44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, tusk.org) on Saturday, August 12 at 5 p.m.
