CCS Architecture founder Cass Calder Smith hosted a book signing and cocktail party with Krae Van Sickle and Lylla Carter, of Saunders Hamptons Real Estate, on Saturday May 31, 2014, at Nick & Toni’s restaurant in East Hampton.
CCS was proud to present their recent renovations of Nick & Toni’s and discussed additional newly finished projects, including that of celebrity homes, specifically the delicious and delightful Sarabeth Levine pastry chef and owner of Sarabeth’s in NYC and beyond, and Hamptons restaurants, like Townline BBQ. Business partners, architects, and community members attended the event and enjoyed cocktails and delicious noshes while the restaurant prepared for the Saturday night dinner rush.

Krae, who has been in the real estate business for almost 30 years, showed off an interactive map on his newly minted website which allows customers to easily access information regarding various Hampton’s homes and properties.
Cass is currently working on five properties in the Hamptons, which will bring a California vibe to the East End by balancing creativity and innovation. With offices in San Francisco and New York City, CCS is eager to continue their work in the Hamptons through both commercial and residential projects.
