Jennifer Lopez in The Hamptons: J.Lo To Join Beachside Block Party

Reportedly joining the Hamptons block party this summer is none other than singer Jenny from the Block herself.

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly buying a $10 million dream getaway in the exclusive Water Mill Estate. The Post reports that Lopez has been on the market for a getaway in the Hamptons for quite some time now. The home was previously owned by Ian and Alicia Stone.

This custom designed 8,659-square-foot estate is near Mecox Bay, boasts seven and a half bathrooms, eight bedrooms, a sauna, steam room, pool, and theater. But what sold Lopez was the three acres of land that the home sits on in a cul-de-sac, providing extra privacy for the reported entourage that includes boyfriend, Casper Smart, twin 5-year-olds Max and Emme, and herself, that are said to be moving in.

Local real estate company The Corcoran Group who listed the home say that the included single and separate lots, that are included in the price, would be perfect for a guest house or tennis court and are a unique and incredible value.
