The Mill Attracts Three New Businesses At Hamptons-Based Shopping Center

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development and management organizations, recently announced that three new businesses have moved into The Mill, a Water Mill-based shopping center.

“Water Mill is one of the most exclusive zip codes in the U.S. and home to year-round residents and seasonal vacationers alike,” explained Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “By bringing tenants into the center that have a lifestyle, health, or wellness edge, we are catering to the community and providing a one-stop destination where residents and visitors can shop, workout, and be pampered.”

The new additions include The Cool Zone Cryotherapy, Tight, and Erika Bloom Pilates – which opened on June 14th. Located at 760 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, the trio joins The Mill’s highly visited tenants SoulCycle and Southampton Wines.

The Mill is a 29,314-square-foot shopping center that features six separate buildings, a sprawling landscaped courtyard and superfluous parking.
