After putting her Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton on the market earlier this summer, Christie Brinkley has decided to put her harborfront Sag Harbor home on the market as well.

The Colonial North Haven manor, which was built in 1843, is listed for $25 million. Located on 4.5 acres, the 5 bedroom estate features 5,500 square feet of living space, including a kitchen with soapstone and marble counters, formal dining, a spacious living room, great room, and 5.5 baths. Its covet worthy master suite has its own sitting room and terrace that takes advantage of the house’s panoramic harbor views. The Timeless Beauty author’s historic abode showcases many period details, such as the grand columns covering two facades, wide-plank pine floors, and several cozy fireplaces.
