Located at 121 Further Lane in East Hampton, the impressive residence is currently in contract. The property was listed for $29,995,000 with Carol Nobbs and Eileen O’Neill of Douglas Elliman, Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran, and Peter Turino of Brown Harris Stevens.

It was named for the Native American word for “Place of Peace” and is referred to as one of the most beautiful homes in America.
