Hamptons B&Bs And Historic Sites Taking Part In Holiday Season Self-Guided Tour

East Hampton-based B&Bs (and a few located beyond) and historical places will once again open their spectacular doors for a special holiday season event this December.

The East Hampton Chamber of Commerce will host the East Hampton Annual B & B and Historical Places Tour on Saturday, December 8. The free self-guided tour will commence at 11 a.m. and sites will welcome visitors until 3 p.m. Participants can pick up their complimentary tour map at The Huntting Inn.

“It’s a great opportunity to take some of the cultural history of the Town of East Hampton with tours of Guild Hall, The Pollack-Krasner House and Clinton Academy among others. It’s self-guided – and it’s free!” Steve Haweeli, Chamber Board of Directors member and WordHampton Public Relations President, noted.

Participating B&Bs include Huntting Inn at The Palm (94 Main Street, East Hampton), Baker House 1650 (181 Main Street, East Hampton), Maidstone Hotel (207 Main Street, East Hampton), The 1770 House (143 Main Street, East Hampton), The Mill House Inn (31 North Main Street, East Hampton), White Fence Inn (371 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill), 434 on Main (434 Main Street, Amagansett), The Art House (9 Bon Pinck Way, Springs), Bridgehampton Inn (2266 Main Street, Bridgehampton), and Topping Rose House (1 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton), while Historical Places showcases Guild Hall (158 Main Street, East Hampton), The Clinton Academy (101 Main Street, East Hampton), Ladies Village Improvement Society (95 Main Street, East Hampton), East Hampton Library (159 Main Street, East Hampton), Ashawagh Hall (708 Springs Fireplace Road, Springs) and The Pollock-Krasner House (803 Springs Fireplace Road, Springs). Bookhampton (41 Main Street, East Hampton) will also welcome tourgoers.

Each of the featured B&Bs will offer up some special treats for attendees.
