
On Wednesday, August 6th, Sabrina Rudin, founder and creator of Spring Cafe Aspen, teamed up with Mill, the award-winning food recycler, to host a spectacular evening at Sabrina’s Water Mill home. Guests were treated to a low-waste menu from Amber Waves Farm and Sang Lee Farms, honoring her and Mill’s commitment to sustainability and appreciation for the planet.
Attendees included notable entrepreneurs and personalities, including including Charlotte Bickley Meller (editor at large of Daily Front Row); Anastasia Ganias (founder of Fancy Peasant); Dria Murphy (founder of wellness platform By Dria, and brand-building agency Alise Collective); and Amanda Merrow (co-founder of Amber Waves Farm).
