Kicking off the Hamptons Summer 2024 in style, Spotlight Magazine celebrated the release of its Memorial Day Issue with an elevated evening hosted by Saunders & Associates in one of the Hamptons’ most stunning new homes — 33 Jobs Lane in Bridgehampton. The party’s exclusive guest list included some of the Hamptons’ most iconic and influential tastemakers, all of whom were treated to an inside look at one of the most spectacular new homes in the Hamptons.
Spotlight Magazine’s founder, Sydney Sadick, is as elegant as she is energetic. When you see her dress, you’ll know what I mean: she makes everything look easy. If hosting is an art, she must be Lee Krasner. Always smiling and welcoming guests, it’s not surprising she attracts such a venerable guest list.
While Sydney shines bright (literally shining in her dress), her real mission is to point the spotlight on others, using her platform to promote creators, artists, and designers who matter most to the Hamptons. That said, we have to take a moment to wish her and Nicholas Adams CONGRATULATIONS on their beautiful wedding this March!
As the sun sets across the acres of bucolic agricultural land, the entire home is enveloped in a golden hue. Intentionally designed by the architect and builders, everything inside the home glows, highlighting the exceptional detail and elegant accents throughout the home.
More than an open house, party-goers got the chance to see this entertainers’ enclave in full swing. Represented exclusively by The Vince Horcasitas Team, who are always happy to highlight the special property. Also in attendance was the builder Greg Konner, beaming with pride as he saw all the smiling faces and impressed guests.
“I’m so proud to represent this property and to showcase the elevated lifestyle the home has been engineered to accommodate,” said Vince Horcasitas before he was pulled away by guests wondering what kind of marble was used in the kitchen (JSYK: It’s Calcutta Gold).
The Memorial Day Issue of Spotlight Magazine features Dylan Lauren and can be found all around the Hamptons! It’s easy to read and filled with information, quizzes, and interviews—there’s a little something for everyone. If you know the Hamptons, you will likely recognize some familiar faces and also find out what’s on-trend this season in style, dining, and design.
Building on the success last summer, the hosting team knows how to host a great party. Parties like these are perfect for social media, especially with so many influencers and camera-friendly attendees. Spotlight Magazine even had custom-branded microphones so they could interview guests about what they love the most about the Hamptons on Memorial Day Weekend (hint: it usually involves a beach).
Matching the iconic setting and stunning new home, the equally gorgeous guest list came dressed to the 9s. Chic is an understatement, but this is Memorial Day Weekend in the Hamptons; it’s time to wear white again! Drawing a diverse group of guests from Spotlight Magazine’s vast network in an unmatched, resort-like setting – this is what Summer in the Hamptons is all about.
Provisions and libations paired perfectly with the elegant setting and showcased the unforgettable parties the home will undoubtedly host for years to come.
From the service side, I’ve never seen such effortless entertaining. Fully staffed with security, a bartender, photographers, a valet, and a DJ, all without feeling like an event space, but rather an exquisite home built for entertaining. The outdoor bar is perfectly positioned to grab a drink, and how smart it was to orient the bar so that the late evening sun is not in the bartender’s eyes.
Senior Vice President of Marketing at Saunders & Associates, Steve Glick says, “Saunders is proud to partner with Spotlight Magazine. They have a finger on the pulse for life in the Hamptons that clearly couples with luxuriously appointed properties like 33 Jobs Lane. Events like this are a great way for our team to showcase what life in the Hamptons is all about: luxury, laughter, and a cold drink in the evening sun. After all, real estate is about living and feeling at home, and 33 Jobs Lane is everything and more.”
