Everybody is ready for a great Spring, especially kids. Especially especially, parents with kids. This Sunday from 11am–7pm in Sag Harbor The Church (an art gallery) is celebrating in royal fashion with their Spring Jubilee fundraiser celebrating creativity, community, and warm weather!
The Spring Jubilee is meant for our community and knows how to throw a party that everyone can get into. The beautiful building and grounds will be entirely transformed for playful and engaging pop-up experiences. Celebrating the arrival of Spring with cheeky outdoor activities for all ages—face painting, live portrait sketching (for you or your pet!), axe throwing, food and drink, and more!
Help your kids—and yourself—redirect and focus their energy with a meditation and movement workshop. No prior yoga experience is needed! Enjoy as morning light floods the glorious main floor of The Church, and Dina leads the group through breath work, guided meditation, and gentle stretches that focus on corrective exercises and joint work. Combining yoga with aerobic exercises, the session will leave guests feeling centered, open, and ready for the Spring Jubilee!
Hampton Art Camp will hold a Slime Making Workshop…what kid isn’t fascinated by slime??
For younger kids, the Marionette puppet show is sure to delight. Back by popular demand, Kim Profaci’s marionette theater is as hilarious as it is artfully inspiring, with hand-made puppets by Kim that need to be seen to be believed. Adults and kids alike love this, and we’re excited to welcome her back!
Ready to release pent-up winter tension? Try throwing an ax! Great for teens and Parents, don’t worry Alpha Axes is a fully licensed company with a SAFE mobile cage unit.
Capping the day, the Hamptons debut of Pussy Tales, the latest (family friendly) band from local legend Mila Tina, featuring Úyanga Bold and Grammy-nominated Camila Celin. Concluding the day, the sultry yet family-friendly show will make your whole family move and groove into the early spring evening– reflecting on all the joy this day is meant to bring.
Doubling as a fundraiser in supporting the Church’s community-focused mission, your attendance will support a great cause. Day passes for children are $30, adults $60, and families $150.
