The Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett is an iconic bar that has been putting on major national acts. Over 65 members of the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame have played there and every year more notable acts are added to the roster. In 2020, along with so many, the Talkhouse was rocked when the pandemic hit. The doors were closed and the soda streams were turned off. It was during that scary and lonely time that Ruby Honerkamp came up with the idea of Talkhouse Encore, a RTD canned cocktail that would bring the endless party experience to everyone around the world.
Talkhouse Encore comes in four flavors that provide the ultimate consistency of your go-to mixed drink request: Tequila Soda with Grapefruit or Blood Orange, Vodka Soda with Cranberry or Lime. “Talkhouse Encore is a stage for musicians, a dance floor for all, and a familiar drink no matter the where,” said Ruby Honerkamp.
Spiked seltzers have gained popularity in recent years, but Talkhouse Encore stands out in taste due to their distinct base. Most spiked seltzers use malt alcohol as their primary base but Talkhouse Encore uses real vodka and real tequila as their primary bases for an authentic cocktail taste. All the cocktails are also gluten-free so everyone is able to join in on the fun.
