The HUB is the East End’s newest all-inclusive luxury retail and wellness destination. The Bridgehampton space is hosting more than 40-plus elevated brands during the season, as well as Isaac Boots’ TORCH’D residency. Here are some of the vendors and activations to look for this summer.
The HUB—which stands for Health, Unity, and Beauty—is the Hamptons premier destination for all things luxury retail and wellness. Co-founders Michael Catalano and Toni DeMauro conceptualized this unique retail and entertainment space alongside Creative Director Alex Vinash and Director of Events and Brand Activations Billy Folchetti.
“The Hamptons is the perfect place to offer a luxury retail collective combined with an exciting lifestyle lounge,” Catalano says. “With a sophisticated consumer, I feel you always have to up the game. The HUB is thrilled that the community has embraced us so warmly.”
Throughout the course of the season, The HUB will host more than 40-plus luxury brands, including Crescala Collective, Hampton Sun, Moke America, Modern Drama, Palo Santo, Teddy Cashmere, Gladwell Clothing, among many others.
Weekly events include Flamingo Night every Friday night. SKINNEY Medspa’s first Hamptons outpost is located at The HUB.
And, Isaac Boots is bringing his famed TORCH’D workout classes to The HUB this summer for guests to get their sweat on before getting a facial or shopping its many retail offerings. You can book Isaac’s classes via hubhamptons.com

Q&A with Billy Folchetti
How did you get involved in THE HUB?
[The HUB co-founder] Michael Catalano attended a mixed-brand event I hosted in Sagaponack a couple years back that was designed to give guests a taste of what my event-planning company, Luxe x Billy Folchetti, is all about. A few months later, he came to another one of our events at Agent Provocateur on Madison Avenue. From there, the conversations naturally began about me being involved at The HUB because he loved what we were doing.
How will we see your unique vision manifested at The HUB?
You’ll see my vision most clearly through the events we produce for our brands throughout the summer. The HUB specifically is a reflection of who I am and the kind of events I’m passionate about planning. I always say that luxury isn’t about the price tag, it’s about the experience. The way we bring together lesser-known brands that still offer exceptional high-end products is a big part of that.
What event are you most excited to curate?
I’m excited for our “Bags and Bumps” event, which will feature Hermès bags from myGemma, the luxury resale site, and a curated selection of caviar from JFC Fine Foods. We’re going to be transforming the lower level of The HUB into a speakeasy-style space for an intimate, elevated vibe.
What are you looking forward to most this summer in the Hamptons?
I can’t wait to see my clientele who are Out East in the summer, and to start bringing more of our events stateside with a signature European flare.
