If you only have 12 hours in Montauk, here's exactly where I'd take you. Start the morning at Marram with a coffee and a pastry. Contrary to popular belief, Marram isn't just a beachside hotel — it's also one of my favorite spots for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon drink. I love grabbing a quick bite, sipping my coffee, and watching the morning surf lessons. If I need to answer emails or get a little work done, it's one of the best places in Montauk to open up my laptop.

  • Last week, the @southampton_cultural_center kicked off its Summer Concert in the Park series with the legendary @nancyatlas. Before taking the stage, we caught up with Nancy to talk about her favorite places to perform in the Hamptons.
  • There are few things in life more disappointing than ordering a “healthy” lunch and getting something that tastes like punishment.

So when I stopped by Round Swamp Farm and grabbed the steak lettuce wraps in an effort to eat healthier, my expectations were somewhere between “This will be fine” and “I guess I should just eat a salad.”

I was completely wrong. These things are ridiculous. Tender, flavorful steak wrapped in crisp, fresh lettuce with just the right amount of seasoning and crunch. It’s the kind of meal that makes you forget you’re eating low-carb.

Round Swamp is an absolute madhouse. You’ll run into your neighbor, your coworker, and probably half the town. Everyone descends on this place. At Round Swamp, you’re lining up for chicken fingers, steak sandwiches, and some of the best prepared food on the East End.

Anticipation is always high when a new restaurant or bar arrives in Southampton, especially one promising French hospitality, resort-minded style, and a reason to dress for more than just dinner.

Maison Close Southampton delivered exactly that on Thursday, June 18, welcoming a well-dressed mix of friends, media, and familiar faces to The Capri for an intimate celebration of its new collaboration with the French resort wear institution (and longtime Hamptons staple) Vilebrequin. Maison Close is in its inaugural Southampton season at Capri, and the setting already feels right at home—chic, coastal, comfortable, and just polished enough.
