Tenth Anniversary Season Of The Rising Stars Piano Series Featuring Di Wu

The tenth Anniversary Season of the Rising Stars Piano Series continues at the Levitas Center for the Arts at Southampton Cultural Center on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 7 p.m.

The series will feature a performance from internationally acclaimed Chinese pianist Di Wu. She is a distinguished Pianofest Artist and was the 2009 Prize Winner of the Van Cliburn Competition. In honor of the anniversary celebration, Ms. Wu will perform works by Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff. The Wall Street Journal has described Di Wu as “[A] musically mature and sensitive pianist” and praised, “Ms. Wu majestically embraced the passionate Rachmaninoff Third Concerto”.
