There’s a new wellness business in town! WAVE Wellness of the Hamptons is a premier wellness space that offers a variety of treatments to alleviate chronic pain and inflammation, detoxify the body’s systems, diminish fatigue and soreness, elevate healing and recovery, and boost energy. The studio is dedicated to caring for the body and mind and offers a range of science-backed treatments to help clients feel confident in their glowing skin.
The studio is owned by Lisa Zaloga, who has been teaching yoga for 23 years, and her business partner and fiancé, Stephanie Esposito. Zaloga’s experience with chronic pain and her success with Esposito’s treatments inspired them to open WAVE Wellness.
“It’s called Wave because of course it’s where we live, but it’s also a play on wavelengths and frequencies such as massage and our therapists’ wavelike techniques. We alleviate and elevate our clients,” Zaloga explains to me.
The couple/business partners met on their wellness journey together. Zaloga beamed telling me the story. “I have been teaching yoga for 23 years now and I started experiencing some pain, and I had heard about Stephanie as an amazing healer through friends. I began going to her and after having amazing results from her treatments and then falling in love with her, our journey brought us to this business together.”
Located in the heart of Sag Harbor, WAVE Wellness offers a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients to unwind and rejuvenate. The studio features three treatment rooms that offer services such as an infrared sauna, massage, and cryotherapy. Clients can also indulge in facials, skin care, and body care treatments in a separate room.
One of the studio’s core offerings is massage and treatments caring for the lymphatic system. The therapists work with each client to understand their unique needs and tailor treatments accordingly. The studio offers a variety of treatments to address specific issues such as chronic pain, inflammation, and fatigue. Additionally, clients can indulge in infrared sauna sweat sessions, chromotherapy, mineral body wraps, CBD, red light, sound and compression therapy, cryo and halo salt therapy, energy and healing sessions, and PEMF “Power Down” mat classes for deep calming, grounding, rest, and clarity.
