The Westhampton Rotary Club is looking for sponsors to underwrite its upcoming “fun”-draiser,
“We All Need A Laugh,” on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 8 p.m. at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center. The night of comedy will star five top comedians from The Long Island Comedy Festival:
Paul Anthony – LI Comedy Festival; 50+ Comedy Tour; HA HA HAMPTONS Comedy Tour
Robert Canberg – “Think You’re Funny?” Comedy Show; Long Island comedy scene
Maria Walsh – “America’s Naughtiest Mommy”; AC; Vegas; National headliner
Rich Walker – Voted Long Island’s Favorite Comedian; National headliner
Rob Falcone – Showtime; HBO; Vegas; National headliner
“Laughter is the best medicine and, let’s face it, we could all use a laugh now. These comedians are hilarious so everyone will have fun at our event,” said Bill Dalton, president of the Westhampton Rotary Club. “As any non-profit organization knows, it costs money to put on a fundraiser and the generosity of sponsors enables us to offset event costs and raise more funds to continue our good works in the community.”
Dalton said sponsorships range from $500 to $3,500 (main sponsor). In recognition for their support, event sponsors will receive event tickets, be featured in all marketing and publicity materials, and be recognized from the stage.
“We are so pleased to be working with the Westhampton Rotary Club,” said comedian Paul Anthony, producer of the Long Island Comedy Festival. “I am really impressed with all the incredible work they do for the local community, and to be able to partner with them is truly an honor. We’re bringing some of our most popular and requested comedians over the past 20 years to this show. It’s going to be a great night!”
Both Dalton and Anthony are grateful to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center for opening its doors and stage for this event.
“When we launched the Comedy Festival back in the summer of 2006, the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center was one of the first venues we brought the Comedy Festival to that year. To be able to return to this iconic theater for this important fundraiser during our 20th Anniversary year is really exciting for us,” said Anthony.
Tickets are $55 and $69 (including ticketing fees) and are available by visiting whbpac.org or calling 631.288.1500.
