The Accula SARS-CoV-2 Test is a Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) for detection of SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in approximately 30 minutes. This is a molecular in vitro diagnostic test utilizing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and lateral flow technologies for the qualitative, visual detection of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA. The Accula SARS-CoV-2 Test uses a nasal or nasal mid-turbinate swab specimen collected from patients. Patients have results same day. ONLY test accepted that meets requirements for international and domestic travel. This test is ONLY approved for and administered by CLIA certified medical practices.
