“Our local merchants, real estate agencies and the Library all will be hosting kids activities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.,” Bass noted.
Shoppers can get a jump start on wrapping at a special Festival station. “There will be a Chamber of Commerce holiday center set up as well on Main Street where patrons can wrap their purchases from Main Street at no charge,” Bass noted. “At the holiday center you will also be able to treat yourself to some hot chocolate.”
There will also be a few special guests. “The Bideawee adoption mobile will be on Main with dogs and cats available for adoption,” Bass said, “Emily’s Apple Puffs and The Big Black Food Truck will be on Main Street as well.”

Red Creek Park Activity Center (100 Old Riverhead Road West, Hampton Bays) will be home to a Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) Winter Fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will include the chance to tell Santa what’s on your wish list this year and pose for a photo (pets are welcome), a pop up holiday market featuring artisans showcasing an assortment of jewelry, artwork, gift baskets, pet clothing and gifts, essential oils, handmade soaps, baby and toddler clothing, greeting cards, and much more, a bake sale boasting hot chocolate and cider – with 100 percent of proceeds going towards the Shelter, and more.
“We’re excited about our Winter Fair, particularly because Santa Claus is coming to town! We have an exciting new set up this year, so we’re expecting some amazing photos!” the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation team relayed.
One of the generous vendors is even giving 100 percent of proceeds from their one-of-a-kind pieces, hand-crafted with semi-precious stones and beads from around the world, to SASF’s Advo-Cats Program.
There is a $20 suggested donation for a photo with Santa.
