The approximately 2,700 square feet home, which boasts five bedrooms and three baths, is situated on 0.41 acres – with a private beach and dock slip. The Hampton Bays abode was fully renovated by architect and interior designer Maria Capoferri, founder of Capoferri Design, who is known for her work in luxury markets, including super-yacht design. For 7 Nautilus Court, Capoferri utilized natural light to incorporate elements of the outdoors in the living space with numerous glass windows and doors offering water views in every single room.

“I loved representing this property, which is one of most unique waterfront homes in Hampton Bays, in this sale and in the past as well,” shared listing broker Joseph Savio of Douglas Elliman, who represented the property with fellow DE broker Enzo Morabito. “This represents the pinnacle of what the Hamptons is all about, boating, beach and endless sunsets.”
