On Saturday, February 4th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Westhampton Fine Wine (located at 171 Montauk Highway in Westhampton Beach) will host a tasting event to debut a new private label wine created by Hamptons’ own Irena Patar.
The debut of Irena’s exciting new brand Single Married Divorced sparkling wine is happening just in time for Valentine’s Day, and she invites everyone to come celebrate—no matter what it is that they are celebrating.
Irena Patar is a resident of East Quogue, and she developed this sparkling wine brand to encourage people to celebrate their life, and most importantly who they are, regardless of relationship status. The brand features high-quality product from France’s Loire Valley, and it is fermented in bottle for crisp bubbles and a refreshing taste sure to delight the taste buds!
Westhampton Fine Wine carries some of the rarest wines in the world that are carefully chosen by their experienced staff for the store’s collection. Only products that exceed expectations are offered to customers, and Irena Patar’s sparkling wine brand is now among this impressive inventory, and hers carries an equally striking message.
Irena says, “I think it’s paramount that each person celebrates their own identity, and not let their relationship status define them.” A truly progressive thought process that some may need a reminder of as Valentine’s Day approaches on February 14th. Plus, International Women’s Day March is just around the corner on March 8th, to which Irena expresses that we should all stand proud and celebrate who we are. “And what better way to celebrate than with bubbles!” she says. Notably, sparkling and bubbly beverages do tend to go hand-in-hand with those celebratory moments!
Over the past few years between the pandemic, inflation, politics, and just life in general, being in any relationship isn’t easy, which Patar wants to recognize.
