A Hamptons mainstay, The Beach Bakery Grand Café in Westhampton Beach, has been listed.
After owning the business for the past three decades, Simon Jorna has decided to retire and plans to split his time between Germany and Florida. Jorna hopes “the new owners will continue to operate [the] business as a bakery, or at least a restaurant.”

Located on Main Street, in the heart of the Village business district, this marks the first time that the property has been put up for sale since 1988.

The Beach Bakery Grand Café, which boasts 7,700 sq.ft., underwent a comprehensive $3 million renovation in 2013 that added seating, market equipment, updated the outdoor space and more, and is completely turn-key. The building is situated on nearly 1/3 acre.
Additionally, there are apartments on the second floor, which could be used for staff. To sweeten the deal even more, all the Café’s equipment is included.
The Beach Bakery Grand Café is listed for $5,750,000.
