In addition to supporting hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico and preparing for the launch of her new show, Keeping It Real Estate – which co-stars Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund – Frankel purchased another Hamptons estate. Back in 2013 she bought in Bridgehampon and she must like the area so much that she scooped up another impressive abode in the Hamptons hamlet this past October.

Located in the village, Frankel’s new estate is 4,239 sq.ft. with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It was built in 1910, and previously served as a bed and breakfast known as the Morning Glory House. The house was renovated by architect Brian O’Keefe of BOKA, who updated the home, but incorporated charming elements of the old with the new modern touches.

The wraparound porch in the front makes a grand entrance, which seamlessly continues into the spacious formal entry hall that features dark hardwood floors, a skylight, hand-carved staircase, and board and batten details. The home also boasts an exercise room, as well as a spacious gunite swimming pool and bluestone patios.
